carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36 is our hardest hybrid silicon-polymer coating. The wafer-thin non-stick layer chemically bonds with the paint surface and provides permanent protection against external influences such as oxidation, salt, acids and insects. carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36 means top performance with a medium amount of work.
Thanks to the molecular matrix structure, a wafer-thin non-stick layer is formed, which is highly durable and hard in its properties. The high-performance particles chemically bond with the surface and cover the paint pores. After curing, they form a high-gloss protective layer.
In addition to the extraordinary hydrophobicity, the surface is given an extreme deep gloss and an impressive depth of colour. Suitable for all painted and powder-coated surfaces and much more.
By coating with carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36, the clear coat becomes harder and more scratch-resistant (approx. 60-65%) than conventional paints. The wear and tear, for example caused by vehicle washing, which the new environmentally friendly, water-soluble paints bring about due to their soft composition, is minimised or even prevented. Prevents caustic and acidic products in the pH range of 3-12 from attacking the clear coat.
carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36 guarantees that painted surfaces retain their original appearance permanently. For professional use, the gloss guarantee is 5-10 years. The product is non-yellowing and abrasion-resistant.
Details
Sealing of painted exterior surfaces of motor vehicles (passenger cars, motorcycles, caravans, buses and vans).
WARNING!
Application should only be performed by trained personnel!
Before the first application, test areas should be set up or test coatings should be applied.
Application quantity: 3 to 5 ml per m²
Application temperature: +15°C to +30°C
Weatherproof: after 18-24 hours
Curing time: 7-9 days
Can be used on all painted and powder-coated surfaces.
Apply manually with micro fleece or with HVLP Spray-Gun.
Clean the surface thoroughly, then degrease and neutralize.
Wrap the application cloth over the application block and drip approx. 12-18 drops of carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36 onto the application cloth and distribute them quickly on the surface (a visible film must be formed)
Always work part by part with a maximum of about half a bonnet at a time.
carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36 can be polished out immediately. The maximum processing and flash-off time is 5 minutes!
Remove any excess with a lint-free microfibre cloth (first the edge areas and then working from the outside inwards in straight and rapid movements)
Then polish the surface with another short pile microfibre cloth (first the edges and then from outside to inside in circular movements without applying much pressure)
If streaks are still visible, take a fine microfibre cloth and repeat the process until the streaks are no longer visible. (check with a light source)
A recoating of carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36 is possible after about 25 minutes. Do not wait longer than 40 minutes!

Service life:
One layer of carwaxX® Ceramic Coating Ultra 36 has a service life of approx. 30-36 months. In order to achieve a higher protection time, you can apply another layer after 25 minutes. Do not wait longer than 40 minutes! In order to extend the protection time, we recommend using carwaxX® Ceramic Shampoo for washing and carwaxX® Ceramic Detailer for care in between and after washing.
• During a period of 2 weeks the paint surface must not be stressed by strong friction (machine car wash)
• Important: In the first 4-5 days after the treatment, the coating is still susceptible to heavy wear, bird droppings and insect residues. Therefore, it should be removed gently and as quickly as possible.
Contains: Cyclosilazanes, di-Me, Me hydrogen, polymers with di-Me, Me hydrogen silazanes, reaction products with Hydrocarbons, C11-C14, n-alkanes, isoalkanes, cyclics, <2% aromatics 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.
