carwaxX® NANO PAINT PROTECT is an exclusive long-term sealant for all painted exterior surfaces.
Highly efficient nanoparticles create a glass-like sealant that repels dirt and achieves an excellent beading effect.
The paint also receives an intensive deep gloss and is protected for the long term.

Preparation
Before applying carwaxX® NANO PAINT PROTECT, the paintwork must be clean, grease-free and absolutely dry.
1. wash the vehicle, e.g. with carwaxX® Shampoo Concentrate
2. polish the vehicle - select the polishing steps and the appropriate polishing pastes depending on the condition of the paintwork. The surface should be free of holograms and micro-scratches. We recommend carwaxX® Super Finish 480 for this purpose.
3. then thoroughly degrease the paint to ensure sufficient adhesion and cross-linking with the paint. Suitable products include carwaxX® Lack Prepare Spray 452 or Glass Cleaner 407
Applying the sealant
1. apply in small quantities to the application sponge or a cotton cloth and apply evenly - it is recommended to work with partial areas of approx. 0.5 - 1 m2 - make sure that the sealant does not dry out!
Do not apply in the sun!
Do not apply to surfaces that are too warm or hot!
2. wipe or polish with a clean and dry microfiber cloth without pressure
Drying time
carwaxX® NANO PAINT PROTECT is hand-dry after approx. 3 hours - dry to touch
The recommended curing conditions - until weatherproof - are:
• Room temperature 8-12 hours
• Up to 80° Celsius 2 hours
• 130 - 180° Celsius 1 hour
The coating reaches full performance after curing for 5 - 7 days at room temperature.
On metal surfaces such as aluminum, steel and stainless steel, curing > 80 °C is recommended to achieve very good substrate adhesion.
After sealing is complete, the sealed surfaces must not be touched for at least 3 hours. The coated car can be used again 3 hours after application.
The car can be washed again after 10 days.

Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Nicht rauchen. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water [or shower]. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor. Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.
