Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly.

Shipping costs (incl. statutory value added tax)

Delivery within Germany:

Germany (Standard shipping): 9,90 €

As a rule, shipping is carried out via DHL. In individual cases, we reserve the right to ship with other service providers.

For orders that require delivery by a forwarding agent, the delivery costs are calculated individually. You will be informed separately by us.

Forwarding deliveries are delivered "free kerbside".

Free shipping for end customers and commercial customers from an order value of €49.00.

This does not apply to forwarding shipments or shipments of dangerous goods.

Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible at present.

Delivery EU:

Free shipping within the EU for end customers and commercial customers from an order value of € 59.00.

Package delivery times

National: ca. 3 - 5 days

International: ca. 5 - 10 days

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

We always endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible. However, should delays occur, you will be contacted by us directly. Orders are delivered collectively and are based on the item with the longest delivery time.

We only ship on working days.
